Andrea Gumminger has 10 years of experience in the title and real estate industry, and has always been passionate about seeing people happy. She received her Bachelor of Art in History from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law located in Miami, Florida.

Immediately upon graduating law school, Andrea began working at a mid-size law firm in the heart of downtown Miami where she closed residential and commercial deals.

Originally from Santiago, Chile, Andrea is fluent in Spanish and brings Miami’s big city energy and stamina to North Florida’s real estate world.

As a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, she always strives to stay abreast of the latest real estate news and developments. Andrea and her husband Nick, who is a realtor in the area, understand the importance of creating wealth through real estate. They recognize how important it is to receive advice from the best professionals in the industry. Real estate is not just what Andrea does, real estate is how she has created a meaningful and fulfilled life for her and her family.

In her free time, Andrea is passionate about cooking, reading and spending time with her husband Nick and her two boys Colton and Jackson. She and her family love visiting the many hidden culinary spots, low key hangout vibes, live music firepit get-togethers and barbecue pits.
