Danielle married Tim Marden in 2001 and has two children, Tyler, who is graduating from Newberry High School in 2023 and Nicole, graduating from Newberry High School in 2025. Tim is a City Commissioner in Newberry, so family ties and love of community are strong and run very deep. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, quiet time at home by the pool or a girl’s weekend trip to the beach!
Danielle walked onto the Real Estate scene in 2014 when she accepted an administrative position with Brent E. Baris, P.A., and in the past 8 years has learned so much about title processing and real estate closings.
Customer service is her strength, as well as organization and attention to detail, so it is no wonder she has thrived in this industry! Working each day with new buyers, sellers or borrowers, as well as keeping up business and friendly relationships with lenders, realtors and teammates is an enjoyable balance at the office. She loves to facilitate closings, organize the office systems and keep the well-oiled title machine running.
