Natalie Lloyd

Natalie Lloyd grew up in Jacksonville and Orange Park Florida but was born in Gainesville. She attended Orange Park High School and earned an Associate of Arts degree after attending St. Johns River State College and UCF.

Family and business opportunities brought her to Newberry in 2005, where she bought her first home and in 2007, bought a gifting business that she ran successfully for 14 years. According to Natalie, “After growing up around the city of Jacksonville, I really appreciate a small, tightly knit community like ours.”

Natalie and her husband Jarod live in High Springs and have two children Anniston, age 16 and Christian, age 12. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also enjoys photography, a vocation she acquired by managing a portrait studio throughout high school and college.

As the Client Relations Specialist at Gumminger Law, Nick is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients, particularly realtors navigating the closing process. With a passion for building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the real estate industry, he strives to provide top-tier service and support at every stage of the transaction.

Outside of the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, who owns the firm, and their two children, Colton and Jackson. When he is not assisting clients, you’ll likely find him by the grill perfecting his barbecue skills and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. His commitment to both family and excellence in service makes him a valuable resource for realtors and clients alike.
